Students | Co-ops
As with our graduate recruiting we value the onboarding of students and co-ops in various areas within our business to bring a fresh perspective to our work and offer an extra pair of hands during busy times of the year. We also see the value in hiring students and co-ops back on after graduation, as both parties are invested, and hopefully lead to a long-term working relationship.
We value students and co-ops in many areas of our business. Students from Civil Technology programs are hired each year to work as Construction Inspectors during the construction season. We also regularly hire students and co-ops all year round in the areas of Transportation Engineering, Water Resources, and Geomorphology.
As with our graduate hiring, we visit a number of university and college career and job fairs in January and February each year. We also invite you to submit your résumé for any co-op or student opportunities year-round to hr@sernas.com, however summer recruiting is done early in the New Year for all areas.
