Master Environmental Servicing Plans (MESP's)
In cases where municipal projects or networks of infrastructure are best implemented in a coordinated manner (i.e. stormwater master plans, transportation master plans, etc.), following the Master Planning process of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment is appropriate. SRM Associates works with our Municipal clients to coordinate these types of Master Plans, following the core requirements of the Class EA process.
