Contract Preparation and Administration
Contract documents are vitally important to ensure projects are constructed as intended while minimizing the possibility of ‘extra’ claims by the Contractor. Specifications for transportation structure projects are always prepared by the most experienced SRM personnel to ensure our Clients receive accurate tendering documents. During construction, we work closely with our inspection staff to address field issues and ‘extra’ claims in a timely and effective manner. In addition, shop drawings are reviewed promptly to aid in moving the work forward.
