Class Environmental Assessments
Class Environmental Assessments (Class EAs) are streamlined for projects that are routine in nature. There are ten (10) Ministry of the Environment approved Class EA processes in Ontario;

- GO Transit Class EA
- Hydro One Class EA
- Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure / Ontario Realty Corporation Class EA
- Conservation Ontario Class EA
- Ministry of Natural Resources (Stewardship) Class EA
- Ministry of Natural Resources (Provincial Parks) Class EA
- Ministry of Natural Resources (Forests) Class EA
- Ontario Waterpower Class EA
Our Environmental Assessment Team, within SRM Associates, will help you facilitate and manage the Class EA process, delivering a complete and comprehensive EA. We consult with local residents, government agencies, Aboriginal groups, and other consultants to provide an all-encompassing consultation plan. Our experience in managing the Class EA process has proven our ability in delivering complete reports for Ministry of the Environment (MOE) approval. In addition, our continuing contact with the Ontario Association for Impact Assessment (OAIA) provides us with current information for adaptation and implementation to our projects.
