As one of Sernas Associates Areas of Practice, the Site Plan Engineering Team has built a reputation within the GTA for its technical expertise and understanding of the Site Plan Design Approval process. The Sernas Associates Team provides our Clients with a full range of services throughout the development of a site including Project Management, Design, Approvals and Contract Administration. Our in-house expertise in Planning, Traffic Engineering and Utilities is also available to support the Site Plan Engineering Team.
