Secondary Plans
Secondary Plans are the primary process by which new neighbourhoods are integrated with existing communities. The documents themselves are the tools that are used to ensure that new development is consistent with Provincial Policies. Consequently, they are a prerequisite for most new development applications. Sernas Associates has the range of land use planning and engineering disciplines in-house to successfully complete any scope of Secondary Planning exercise for municipalities.
