Land Development Flow Chart
The Land Development Process is comprised of many phases from the acquisition of a property to the completion and assumption of a development. Each phase is governed by numerous Provincial and Federal Acts, as well as, Municipal by-laws and procedures. Sernas Associates designed this Generalized Flowchart of the Land Development Process to illustrate, for our clients and staff, the interdependencies of the efforts of many disciplines required to successfully navigate the process from inception to completion. As each development site and project is unique, emphasis must be placed on a critical path through the Land Development Process that is particular to each project. An important role for Sernas Associates is to assist our clients in determining the most effective critical path for the success of their specific project.
