Draft Plans of Subdivision


Every client for whom we work and every Municipality within which we work has its own view of what constitutes good neighbourhood design. We make it a priority to be aware of all of the design parameters of each Municipality. We also take the time and effort to understand our Client’s design goals and apply them to the site and local regulatory context. The resulting draft plan designs are both approvable and marketable. These are the criteria, along with efficiency and constructability, by which we measure the success of our designs.
