Within the third phase of development, Sernas Associates is pleased to provide all the services required through detailed design and construction to assist a client to reach Registration. Some of these key services are summarized as follows:
- Once draft plan approval has been obtained, complete the detailed design of the grading, servicing and stormwater management measures for the proposed development.
- Coordinate the submission of the applicable drawings and obtain the necessary approvals from the Municipality and any other applicable external agencies.
- Tender and award the construction contracts.
- Carry out construction field services for all required inspections, including reviewing and approving progress payment certificates for the Client.
- Assist the developer with acquiring all clearance letters required in the executed Subdivision Agreement and Building Permit release from Municipality.
- Request Preliminary Acceptance of base works by Municipality, and coordinate completion of remaining top works for all items required as per contract.
