Assumption by Municipality
Sernas Associates Added Value Service includes providing the support to Developers to address items required to achieve assumption by the Municipality. Some of these key services are summarized as follows:
- Identify deficiencies that require repair and assess responsibility to the contractor, builder and/or developer.
- Provide further inspection services to ensure all deficiencies rectified.
- Provide closure documentation to Municipality to facilitate assumption and release of the securities held in accordance with the Subdivision Agreement.
