Who is The Sernas Group, and what do they stand for?

For close to 50 years, The Sernas Group Inc. has continued a steady course in building a strong brand name for itself within the consulting industry; our strategy – keeping our eye on the Mission, Vision, Values, and instilling those beliefs into all that we do.

Established in 1962 as a consulting “engineering” firm, specializing in municipal and water resources engineering, and land use planning services for the land development industry, the firm offered a comprehensive array of services including feasibility studies, project planning, design, tendering, contract administration and site inspection. As the need for other services grew, so did The Sernas Group. Over the course of the last few decades, the company has gone on to bolster its in-house serviceability and has become a Multi-Disciplined firm through acquiring, and also creating, a unique blend of 5 specialty Business Units; which today, provide expert Professional Consulting Services within their respective areas of practice.

Our Logo and what it stands for:

It is a well known fact that every project has to begin with a plan of how to approach the task, what services will be essential, what teams/skills will be required, right down to the final successful delivery of the end result. With that in mind, our logo was designed to include the critical symbol of the “Planning Board” feature.

At The Sernas Group, once a plan goes into motion, we commit our most valuable resources to it – our expert staff. The “Energy/Resources Swirls” circulating around the planning board, depict a 360^o approach to how we work around the client’s individual needs and requirements, to create the best solution for the preferred result.

Our in-depth knowledge and hands-on approach is also showcased by the “3-D element” of the logo’s face. We at The Sernas Group pride ourselves in the fact that our services, not only successfully complete a plan, but go beyond it, to ensure the client’s ultimate satisfaction.
