Utility Coordination Plans
Most of our projects involve coordination of utility services including telephone, cable TV and gas. We stay involved throughout the complete development cycle, starting at the concept stage where we investigate service availability and associated construction costs. We then coordinate among the utilities during the detailed design stage of the project, prepare composite utility plans to secure Municipal Approvals and also assist during construction and in the pre-assumption period with coordination of necessary repairs.
