Administration of Contract
Nexgen Utilities has administered over 3000 projects over its existence. Our experience in the market allows us to provide this experience to our Clients by completing the following tasks: issue contracts to the awarded contractor, review shop drawings and expedite material approvals through Municipal and hydro authorities, administer the electrical contract to ensure the contractor completes the work, review, approve and issue payment certificates to the client for payment, issue change order notices, coordinate 3rd party damage repairs ,monitor and release holdback and issue Final Capitalization reports.
