Employee Ownership


We are proud that our company is wholly-employee owned, and has been since our firm’s inception almost 50 years ago. All full-time staff are invited to become shareholders after completing one year of service. Having ownership in the company allows employees to take ownership of their work and put in that extra effort, as the success of the company is directly passed on to its shareholders, which in our case are our employees. We also feel that being employee owned reinforces our core value of transparency, in that as shareholders, employees receive open communication regarding the strategic direction of the organization. We feel this aspect of The Sernas Group sets us apart from our competitors and creates a unique appeal for our firm.
