Due Diligence and Feasibility Studies
Before decisions are made to purchase properties or proceed with a particular development vision, gaining a full understanding of the transportation opportunities and constraints that affect the ultimate objective for the site is critically important. The real challenge in this area of study is not only knowing what is feasible to build, but what is ultimately (and reasonably) approvable. These studies are also linked closely with the type of work in Transtech’s other practice areas and services such as transportation planning and engineering, operations, functional design, safety, parking reviews, and is often combined with other Strategic Advisory services (see Regulatory review). Using the significant experience in these types of assignments to determine the ‘Best and Highest Use’ of a client’s land, is of critical importance to Transtech.
